The car shots ok but when I step on the gas it does not puck up speed like it should and it kinda pulsate also when I turn the car on in the mornings it shuts off I have to turn it on a couple of times when it warms up the problem goes away can that be caused by a bad speed sensor?

HI there,

If the code is for the vehicle speed sensor it can cause shifting issues which might be why it's sluggish when you first take off. Also, if you have the VSS code and the speedometer is actually working it means the car needs a speedometer itself and not the speed sensor.

This will not cause the stalling. If there is a code for the IAC, that will cause the car to stall at idle.
