What is causing my 2005 Toyota Highlander to idle high at startup?

At startup my engine idles at 2000 and slowly comes back down

The throttle body has a idle speed control unit, two thing that you may want to do , check the coolant level and if necessary correct, , and have a throttle body cleaning performed,
