i already change new air injection valve. but this malfunction come again.

The ASV (air switching valve) these tend to become contaminated, what happens is the secondary air flow does not happened, it rust up, buy these by the dozen it always occurs.

Often the Valve stuck open codes like P2440 are caused by failing air pumps on the 5.7L Toyota Tundra, Sequoia and Land cruiser vehicles. If you replaced the air switching valve with a factory Toyota valve this is likely the case.
