I have check the voltage of the connector to the EVAP vent valve; it's only 0.4V.
When I applied a 9V voltage to the EVAP valve pins, I could hear a "click" sound from the relay. so I assume the valve is no problem.
The resistance of the valve is 29 ohms .
Also the fuse #11-LAF and fuse#19 -pGM F1 main are fine, and the relay of the pGM F1 sub is OK too.

Can anyone tell me what are the most probable causes of this P0498?

This one condition one side is battery voltage when the key is on, engine running, the command to vent is from the ECM which sends a ground. This is usually a ECM problem
