need help replaced dist with honda replaced ecm test harness all appears good p1382 comes straight on after starting car

P1382 Cylinder position  sensor no signal.

The TDC is in the distributor , Honda is famous for this codes that sets, if the distributor has  a coil shield in place you can rule that out, Your next step is the charging system . if the alternator produces excessive ripples you can set this code, You can try this loosen the belt on the alternator and check to see of the code pends
