P0172 Code

Hi!!!
I have 4Runner Limited 2001.The check engine light and other 2 light on the panel is on. The scanner detect code P0172. Can be someone tell me that?

Hi there,

This code is for a rich fuel mixture on bank 1. This could be the result of a faulty O2 sensor if it's running good. If not, then you might have a fuel injector that isn't working properly causing the problem. This could also be the result of a need for a tune up as well. If the fuel isn't burning clean you can get this code.
