could wrong spics on intake and exhaust valve cause a po339 code and mil on

I ajusted the intake & exhaust valve.Can any one post the correct speics for these valves.

P0339 CKP sensor intermittent interruption

No, the wrong specs would cause a random misfire or P1399 ,The  CKP interruption is  the  TDC sensor,  specification are

Specifications

Valve Clearance

Intake	0.18 - 0.22 mm (0.007 - 0.009 inch)
Exhaust	0.23 - 0.27 mm (0.009 - 0.011 inch

This is what it calls for everyone  who repair Honda know if you go by this specification the valve clatter so it lower than this .
