On my 2006 Dodge Dakota, can a bad ignition switch cause TCM power input signal low? I got the P0882 error code

Very slim this would have anything to do with this code , the code is set when the transmission relay control circuit goes low, it can also be  caused by the transmission solenoids assembly pack . Change out the transmission control relay just for a start.
