i hear the fuel pump turn on but still not enough pressure to start the truck

the truck turns over but is starving for fuel and will not fire. i have checked the fuel pump driver module and it is working. i can hear the fuel pump come on and feel fuel flow through the line. but my truck will still not fire

Even if you can hear the fuel pump that would not be enough , you need to know the fuel pressure. Also keep in mind to check fuse number 27, which is a 20 amp fuse, which can  result in no start, where the fuse tends to overheat at the terminals , there has been a update to relocate the fuse with a relocation fuse kit.

Here a fuel pump from a Ford , Even though you can hear the fuel pump turn on , the engine would stall out, what happen here is the fuel pump strainer fell apart leaving the fuel pump unprotected resulting in low fuel pressure
