These are not normally related.

The P1320 code is for the primary ignition circuit. In most cases if the code isn't for a specific cylinder misfire you must replace all the ignition coils. If eventually you get a single cylinder misfire code, you could then replace just the single coil.

The only thing I can think of that may make the two codes related is that if the engine is idling poorly the P0505 code might appear. So, try taking care of the P1320 code first, the clear the code and go from there.
