P2610 08 code on Lincoln MKT 2013 ecoboost

I need help...
I have a Lncoln that behaves extremely strangely and where I live we do NOT have any lincoln dealerships which means no one can help ( note that I was able to DL all the ford software and everything is up to date on the PCM in the car.

Just so you know this car was aparently hit in the rear before I bought it
Note also that they tried to change the rear light to european standard and it was very poorly done so I reodered some new taillights ( not yet installed)

Here is what is going on
- the code that comes back all the time P2610 and then some 08 after
- this code does NOT come all the time.
-  the car will not start at night with or without code present,
- will not start if temperature is under 18 degrees celisus and if starts, everything willl work and dont work and work sporadically putting me in precarious situation often ( no turn signal etc)
- If the engine has started, and the car goes bezerk, the engine and shifting will not stop, it will ride fine, ut if i stop the engine then it might NOT restart
- When temperature is in the 20 celsius, car will start IF THERE IS ENOUGH light , i try to say with this that if there is a black sky, stormy weather, it might NOT start.
- rain does not really affect the starting as long as temperature is high enough
- the car has a defective adaptive cruise control module
( no codes for this just a dash warining)
- now my observations:
when I trun to the right, and only to the right , sometimes the AWD stop and tracton control too (dash warning) and it comes back normal a few seconds later to start again many times if weather not hot enough
- this summer, the headlights come on by themselves at 10:30pm clockwork for 9 minutes, now they come on at 7:09pm everyday for the same amount of time.
I used the car today lets see what time they come on
- When i try to start the car and it does not want to start ( mornings cold or late night) everything works fine , it just dont start
     
WHEN NO START:
Here is the cycle: push start button, turn on the fan in front, second push turns fan in rear, third all fans blowing, fourth push, seat goes back to exit position, ignition mode off,head light stay on for 9 minutes. NOTE THAT EVERYTHING ELECTRIC WORKS FINE in the car

Also note that I was able to reset to factory settings everything, but never was able to change the time data to 24 hours , everything else absolutely no problem

to recap: night and cold no start
right turn lights the AWD defect light
when bezerk, everything works fine but no start ( made a video of the xmas tree illumination while driving under the circonstances)
probably hit in rear
code showing up P261008
reprogrammed PCM

What we did:
we checked the car for ground wire anywhere could not locate any
reprogrammed the PCM
ordered the NEW tailights as originals are butchered

I am in france and desperate to find a solution
