Sometimes you can get some codes after replacing an engine wire harness. The first thing we recommend to do is verified the harness is the correct and inspect every connector of the harness, specially the connector for the Intake Manifold Tuning Valve (IMTV). If the connector is OK,  you should consider replacing the valve.
