If you get a brand new engine does it come with a new knock sensor?

I do noy trust the dealership with my car any more, and they charge for everything! Even though I bought my brand new car from them!

Some new engine does come with a new knock sensor some does not, so you need to do a overall inspection  of what is included with a new engine
