Why after having cleaned the MAF sensor fails?

Hello, at first he showed the car with the check engine codes: P0172 and P0175, the car worked very well at idle and acceleration, clean the sensor and place Maf new air filters.
The car started to fail at idle speed with no hesitation and off normally it takes a little as if drowning, although it feels that breathes better high. Gasoline consumption increased in one liter more per km. clear codes and check engine trailed off. scan it again and I now indicates codes: P2271 and P2273. happens malfunctioned or something else Maf "masked" to oxygen sensors?

P2271 Right 02 sensor after TWC (catalytic)

When you set the MAF code , cleaning is good , but if the MAF is out of range, the only required fix is replace the MAF sensor, If you disconnect the MAF and the performance improves replace the MAF sensor P2271 and P2273 are usually seen when the catalytic convertor is partially plugged
