P1421 error on 2009 nissan cube

Question

Does this need to go to a dealership, and is it something that can wait or does it need immediate response?  I don't like the dealership closest to me and the next one is about an hour away.  Don't want to cause any further damage by driving it with this error code.

There is a technical service bulletin for this code. The car should go to the dealership to determine if the bulletin applies. The computer may need reprogramming. This code will not damage the car to drive, but it could eventually leave you stranded.
