I have changed plugs wires coil packs innition coil pack hard to start and makes a noise when turning the wheel and lack of power,

Hi there,

It's possible the catalytic converter is plugged up. Remove the O2 sensor before the converter from the exhaust and see if the engine will start better and have more power. If it's blocked then it can cause the misfire code, odd noise and a loss of power.
