Where is the bank one O2 sensor on my 1996 Buick lesabre 3800 serie
And when checked it says bank 1 O2 sensor
Low efficiency.
Where is the bank 1 o2 sensor on that and what does low efficiency mean

The bank 1 O2 sensor is mounted in the exhaust manifold on the front of the engine closest to the radiator. Low efficiency means the sensor isn't working as it normally should. Without a specific code, there isn't really much more detail I can give you.
