This code is for a lack of O2 sensor switch on bank 2, running rich

There can be several causes for this code. Starting with a faulty upstream O2 sensor on bank 2, a bad mass air flow sensor,leaking fuel injector or a faulty pcm. Intake manifold gasket leaks can also cause the code to appear.
