P2821 code help

My 2012 honda civic < that we have only had 2 months, popped up with a check transmission and check emmissions (SP?) at the same time. I had a code reader hooked up and it's throwing a P2821 code which is a pressure control solenoid is stuck on. Can this be fixed without taking the tranny apart?
