Where is the bank 1 sensor 1 circuit fuse on my 2002 Toyota Echo?

I need to know if the 2002 Toyota Echo has a bank 1 sensor 1 circuit fuse. If so, where is it located? Throws p0135 code still with new sensor. all wiring is good and volts tested, ohms tested all in range.

There isn't a fuse, the O2 sensors get power from the EFI relay. If you have tested the sensors and the wiring, and it's all good, then the issue has to be the ECM
