Will my car pass inspection in ny with code p0441

My check engine light came on had checked code p0441 came up just wondering if it will pass NY inspection

Hi there,

I happen to be a NYS inspector and I can tell you it will not pass. In NY just the fact that the check engine light is on will prevent you from passing the emissions portion of the inspection.
