Will a P0452 code cause a U1000 code on a 2001 GMC Yukon

Question

My Yukon was stolen and then abandoned because it quit running.  The problem was lack of fuel.  Changed pump. No good.  Checked voltage to pump.  Changed computer.  Would not start.  I had dropped tank and disconnected pump to check voltage.  When I checked codes I got a P0452 and a U1000.  This was with the pump lead disconnected.  I see the P0452 because the pump is disconnected.  Would this throw a U1000.
