p0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction

2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 3.0L, p0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2) Do I need to simply replace 02 sensor or something else?

In most cases the issue is with the sensor itself. However it is always a good idea to at least use a volt meter to check rfor power going to the sensor. Sometimes a blown fuse will cause the problem if it's not providing power to the heater circuit.
