How do U find & fix the problem for code P2418 2004 Hynudai Accent

Question

Ck all vaccum lines, replaced PCSV, what else? Ck engine light some times will flash, & then stay on. Also replaced  o-rings on injectors, & greased gas cap.

This code points to a problem with the vacuum pump module. If the module isn't working or the wiring is shorted so it can't work, then the car isn't going to pass a self test.
