Would the codes P0441 & 445 on a 05 Tacoma cause it to lose power & not go in gear?

My truck started bogging out in 2nd gear then can catch after I let up. Now it won't even go in any gear. What happened?

These codes are for the evap emissions system. They will not affect the way the transmission shifts and typically will not affect the way the engine runs either.
