what now???

- i dont no if this makes any difference but the egine torubIes started occuring after i unknowIingIy drove 30-45 minutes on the highway in 3rd gear rather than Drive.

You still have the  misfire condition, this time check the number 7 cylinder sparkplug, if has damage or is oil fouled replace it, and retest
