What is the problem with idle

Question

po440 evaporative emmission.
MAF changed
Throttle Body changed
Spy Plugs changed...
Rear catalysor changed
metal ring and rubber ring on top of tank changed...small leak  on metal rusted ring.

Idle goes up and back down at stop.
I hear a rumbling under de seat, I feel like to much air or missing gas...I don't know
