Codes P0303 & P1128 both showing up, what does this mean?

My CEL turned on and is giving codes P0303 along with P1128, getting a rough idle and occasional flashing CEL.

Hi there,

Code P0303 indicates a misfire on cylinder #3. This would explain the rough idle.

P1128 means there is a lean fuel mixture. This can be a result of an intake manifold gasket leak, bad fuel injectors or low fuel pressure.
