Hello , my name is Robert and I have a Mercedes benz ML63 amg , the check engine light is on and the scanner say is the p0191 error. So I decide to go to the Mercedes benz auto shop and  I change all the fuel system of my car : fuel bump system and the fuel rail sensor pressure , and the check engine light still on.
The car works perfectly and the scanner say the same problem ( P0191).
I hope you can help me.
Thank you so much

Has this ECM been updated with the Recall that is required, What happens is the ECM does not report the correct DTC. among that is does not clear correctly, there are various issue if the ECM does not have the update software. Use TSB # 20080700001A. If the update software is installed. you need a scantool to communicate with the ECM to compare actual fuel pressure with the actual fuel value, If its good you check power supply to the fuel rail pressure sensor

If there is vacuum gauge you can use that and check for exhaust back pressure, , I understand that if there is exhaust back pressure there would also be a cooling map code that would set, rule out exhaust back pressure
