P0701 code, car doesn't move

Question

My car runs great, even a little better after I cleaned the throttle plate. It won't move. Forward, reverse, low... nothing. Idle fluctuates when put into gear, but it doesn't move. The code I got is P0701. Will I need to replace the transmission?

This code should be with another code transmission code, The idle fluctuation is the engine being in limp mode, Unless the other code gather will determine if the transmission should be replaced
