What are some salutions to fix this code p0453?

Question

I have a code p0453 and I don't what to do to get gid of it. Checked my gas cap and it was good. I need to fix it asap so I can smog my car.

P0453 high voltage problem  in fuel tank pressure by sensor

At the fuel tank pressure sensor take a look at its connection when this type of code occurs what your dealing with is a open circuit 

 check the wire connection at times the wire tend to rot and seperate
