My Check Engine light came on and the code I got was P1647. What does it mean for a 2002 Jaguar X-Type 3.0L?

This code is for a faulty upstream O2 sensor on bank 2. Most common cause is the sensor itself, the wiring however should be inspected to make sure there isn't any insulation rubbed off.
