my check engine is on the problem is p0171 code it is 2001 Toyota Corolla 1.8L

This code is for a lean fuel mixture on bank 1. Several things can cause this issue, check for any intake manifold vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks. These sometimes crack the exhaust. A bad mass air flow sensor, low fuel pressure and a faulty front O2 sensor can cause this code as well.
