Codes p031,p032

Question

My 2005 f150 Fx4 was running fine then started shaking a little from dead stop but the shake stopped after a few seconds. Then the truck went into limp mode acting like it was slipping and would barely move. The edge tuner showed codes for output shaft sensor and tps I changed both and it's still doing the same thing but now the code s are different. I now get p031and p032. I'm going to go broke trying this parts swapping
