WHEN IN IDLE,CAR RUNS FINE,WHEN IT IS UP TO NORMAL TEMP,CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WITH A PO731A CODE.WHEN YOU STOP AT A LIGHT OR A STOP SIGN,IT ACT LIKES IT WANTS TO STALL,BUT IF YOU PUT IN NEUTRAL,IT GOES BACK TO PROPER RPM.

Well this does Seem like a transmission, but before anything do a throttle body cleaning especially with the IAC ( idle air cotrol) valve and retest from there
