AC and Radio not Turning on

Question

Hi, I'm having trouble with my car, I took it to change the lights for HID system and put on some tint on the windows, after they finish I noticed when started my Jeep that I had a Check Engine light and my Stereo and AC were not starting, also the front windows are not working and the locks. Not sure what happened, we took out the F49 fuse and put it in again and everything worked again for a few seconds and then broke down again. We put the scanner and these are the codes:

UO121
UO140
Please HELP!
