When performing the checks noted above, the 7.5a "ENG CONT" fuse not getting power.

Don't know the actual fuse number, but it's 7.5A one on the right column, 5th from the bottom. The fuse passes both visual check and continuity check, but still no power to this fuse. The other "ENG CONT" fuse is 10a and located in 4th position down from the top is fine.

Vehicle: 02 Nissan Quest can
