Vehicle has codes for P1382, P0172, P0175, P0101, P0128, and P0510. I checked the data stream with a snap-on scanner and all the values seem to be in spec. and only resets the codes after going through a full drive cycle. I suspect the code P0150 is the full issue. How do I test the throttle body and if it is bad does the computer need to be programmed if I change it?

The ECM will not need to be reprogramed if you change this sensor, but at one time they recalled the ECM and reprogramed the ECM due to a lean condition and a stalling condition, Check to see if any recall or reprograming was performed on the vehicle
