P0403 Exhaust gas recirculation circuit

On the EGR there is on the connection a YLW/ PNK wire this is the 5 VOLTS reference which also gives power to the CKP (crankshaft position sensor) as well as the camshaft sensor the throttle position sensor and other sensor, the reference comes from the ECM, try this disconnect the EGR and IAT sensor and try to start the vehicle, if this doesn't help disconnect the battery start with the negative first, the reconnect the battery with the positive first the negative and check to see if it starts. If it starts the EGR or IAT could be shorting the 5 volts reference, replace both sensor
