Lexus GS300 with p1120 error code

Question

My gs300 has both p1120 and p1121, my car is fine the first 10 mins of driving then it starts to sputter and then the ECM shuts down the power for the throttle motor and the magnetic clutch, and the throttle valve is fully closed by the return spring.  Engine check lites and the VSC lites, would this still be a bad APP sensor?

Yes this would be a faulty APP sensor , the one that goes out more is the one on the throttle body, just do that one.
