I am getting a po740 code on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500

Question

My check engine light stays on all the time When i pull my camper about thirty miles , a red light comes on and says trans/heat. I have been pulling this camper for four years and it just started doing this. I am getting a po740 code. What part do i need to get to fix this problem. I tried changing the fluid and filter, but didn't help.
