can code po303 cause other codes

I have 3 codes, po463,po137 and po303. can any one of these cause the other 2

P0303 misfire number 3 cylinder

P0463 Fuel level sensor circuit high voltage

P0137 Circuit low voltage bank 1  Sensor 2

No in this case , P0137 sets when the ECM see that the downstream 02 sensor is below its voltage this is usually the 02 sensor itself,as for P0463 this is a known cause when the fuel tank reads empty when the tank is full, the fix just may have to be with a improved version of the fuel level sensor, as for the misfire of the number 3 cylinder ignition coil the highly suspected cause for the misfire to occur
