p0880 code for 2014 kia forte

Three weeks ago I had to fix my kia, a voltage surge that supposedly came from the car battery fried the ignition control fuse. Yesterday my car throw out a P0880 code, TCM power input signal for a predetermined period of time.  Are these two problems related

Chances are very strong , many electrical are caused by electrical interference from other electrical system., bringing a change in specification to its component. a simple reinspection of the repaired area  should be done first
