I change the 02 sensor 2 times and engine light on p1135 still

I change the 02 sensor on 1998 toyota camry and my check engine light still come back out after 30min.wat else can it be. Code p1135

The A/F sensor for Bank 1 , if its not properly torque down you can set this code, Bank 1
