I got P1354 code what does it mean on my 2002 Ford F150 4.6L?

This code is for a primary ignition failure on coil C. In this case it's cylinder #3 and the coil is the likely issue. These use the coil over plug system. Try taking #3 and putting on the cylinder next to it and see if the misfire moves with the coil. If it does, replace the coil to resolve the problem.
