I had a friend use an Innova OBD diagnostichand held device it came back with almost all the checking points passing.  The one that Failed was the first of seven "Purge Flow Monitor" listed with the following columns and information: Monitor ID - $83, Value  was a -65535, Min - 0, Max - 0, Status - Failed.  What does this mean.
