just changed my IAC valve but still have the P0505 code on,i am trying to go through the idle learning procedure but do not understand the MIL abbreviation

"MIL" means "Malfunction Indicator Lamp" and it refers to the "Engine Light" or "Service Engine Soon" warning light on the dash.
