Hi there,

For the P0032 code, most often the sensor itself is the problem. Over time the heater circuit inside the sensor fails and causes the code.

As for the air conditioning not working. This isn't related. You need to check the freon level, if the compressor is coming on. The cooling fans should both come on, there could be an issue with the pressure sensor as well.
