Why the check engine light still on after replaced the solenoid?

2007 Subaru impreza 2.5 i with code P0076, after replaced the intake valve control the check engine light still on, the cruise green light still blinking,

This could mean there is an electrical problem with the solenoid or there is low oil or oil pressure. If the timing is off you could still see this code as well.
