P0420 Catalyst System Bank 1, What, Which will be replaced?

I have talked to more than one mechanic and says that my O2 sensor is the problem and I don't know which one in the bank 1 it is.

Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located the other side then becomes Bank 2, Here a view that can help
